HIGH ENERGY!

Hey All,

What a great way to finish the last weekend of February!!! I arrived at Paramount Theater, to see Joplin's Pearl name in lights outside! I always knew this would be a Big Event in the back of my mind, but reality kicked in, once I seen the size of the Theater.

The Stage was gigantic and theater had a very unique setting. An entire dance floor in front of the stage with seating in a "U" shape around the stage, as well as 2 Bars on both sides of the floor!

at 8:30 the crowd was filling in the floor and the seats were already packed. Once I opened up at 9 and came out behind the curtain, a rush came over me to see the floor filled with so many AMAZING people. I've said it before, the Amber Ferrari/Joplin's Pearl fans are extraordinary. I brought up Demi Moore, Bruce Jenner, why I am single, and my resolutions among other things.

I introduced Amber Ferrari and she rocked the house, as expected. With everything from Heart, Pat Benatar, Adele, Blondie, Cher to original material including her single "Whatever Whatever". The energy just didn't stop. And the band kept the energy going through the whole first set!!

After Amber performed, there was a break, and Joplin's Pearl arrived and Janis appeared in the crowd to everyone's surprise! People dancing, balloons flying and the energy continued for 3 hours.

And let's not forget, great friends to share such an incredible evening!! Robert, Toni, Mare, Tyrone and our 2 Donna's!!
